From what I've seen so far from the Laptop preformance it's great, just like every Asus I've had. This review is more for the customer service than the computer. The advertisement says this Asus comes with a 2.53 GHz processor. When I received it, I checked the systems info just to make sure and it clearly said 2.27 GHz. When I called Amazon and told them they confirmed the info and sent me a new one and told me to ship the old one when I get the new one. When I got the new Laptop the first thing I did was check the system info and again it was 2.27 GHz. I called Amazon and explain the situtation. I told them the computer was fine and that the only problem was that the advertisement stated 2.53 GHz. I didnt mind the cut in process power, but I'd like some type of compesation for the mix up. Amazon ended up giving me a 20% discount and I was very happy with that. Great customer service. Just make sure you check your system info on your computer.
